Lunch is licensed to you under Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement. That agreement is the one that applies. This page says the important parts plainly.

What's free and what you can buy

Lunch is free to download, and the Daily is free to play every day. All of Lunch is a one-time in-app purchase of $4.99 (the price can differ by country). It adds every world as it's made, any day, and the worlds added later. The Daily stays free whether or not you buy it. There are no ads and no subscriptions.

One purchase, every device

All of Lunch is a universal purchase. Buy it once and it unlocks on your iPhone, iPad and Apple Watch with the same Apple Account. Apple handles payment and refunds: request a refund at reportaproblem.apple.com.

Play somewhere safe

Don't play Lunch while driving, cycling or crossing a road. The wolves aren't real. The traffic is.

Your scores

Bests, your Daily history and your settings are stored on your device. Ranked Daily scores sent to Game Center are kept by Apple under your Game Center name. We can't recover what was saved on a device after Lunch is deleted.

Play stats

Lunch sends anonymous play stats unless you turn them off. The Privacy Policy says what is sent and how to stop it.
